' We really enjoyed our week of lessons with Oli in Megeve just before Easter - please pass on our thanks. This was our first ever week of skiing and we wanted to start together as a family. We appreciated the way Oli was able to deal with our varying degrees of aptitude and speed (or not) of learning, and thanks to Oli's patience and ability we felt that we all came a long way in 6 lessons over the week. We will definitely be back and will be recommending you to friends and family.

' I particularly liked the welcome text message on our first day, clear instruction as to where to meet and overall attentiveness to our needs, establishing right at the beginning what we would like to get out of the 2 hours. Will was also extremely friendly, strong communicator and really assisted in improving our skills. We only managed to book one session due to it being half term, but BASS managed to help us and squeeze a lunch time session in, I personally got more out of the 2 hours with BASS/Will than the remaining 5 afternoons with ESF!

' We got a very fast reaction from the office on our mobile, we enjoyed the lessons enormously, and we did make huge progress. We will certainly come back for further improvements next holiday. The instructors we had; Andrew and Will, helped massively in explaining the logic and skills to manage the skis. It’s really nice to have lessons in the language we do understand and we really appreciate the expertise of the instructors and would certainly make reservation for the next trip!

'Enthusiastic, dedicated and most likeable Ski Instructors. They really care about what they do and who they teach. After many years of skiing I had reached a point where I felt I could not improve much further; Will showed to me and proved that I really could get better through great instruction (and a bit of effort on my side). Will has a knowledge, desire and passion for skiing that makes him a leader in the sport, with involvement in modern teaching techniques to innovative product design. He has a personal approach that makes him the ideal instructor from young kids to adults - btw - if you think you are a bit useful, try to take on Will over a Giant Slalom course but with him skiing backwards!'

'Will Roberts is one of those rare individuals who combine the super talent of both athlete and coach!
